“A friend referred me to The Finer Details about six months before my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah, and said “it would be the best gift you give to yourself”. She couldn’t have been more right. Planning a Bar/Bat Mitzvah involves so many little details, and everything needs to come together in perfect sync. Adding to our stress was the fact that our daughter’s service was taking place right before the party in the same venue, so I wanted my focus to be on her and wouldn’t be able to oversee anything going on for the two hours prior to the party starting. The Finer Details made everything easy. Leading up to the event, Cheryl made sure my checklists were in order, and reminded me of things I hadn’t even considered. Then, the night of the event, she was ready to go even before we arrived, working with the decorator, the DJ and everyone else on site. She also served as the perfect liaison between the venue’s staff and DJ, as they mapped out the flow of the party. There wasn’t a moment that I worried about anything that night, and actually enjoyed every minute of our party – something I largely credit to Cheryl. When I think about the fact that Cheryl and I didn’t meet until the night of the party, it seems unreal. She treated me like an old friend, and worked hard to make our night an incredible success. It was just a blast. And I have to tell you, the Florentine Gardens was a wonderful venue.
